Saucony Endorphin Shift 3 running shoes combine the DNA of their Endorphin line of racers with the cushion and protection you need for every day running and walking. These running shoes bring a lively experience to every step while toning down the bounce of the rest of the Endorphin line has to give these shoes more versatility. The Endorphin Shift 3 incorporates similar geometry and the same PWRRUN foam that the faster Endorphin shoes have, but in a different way that makes the shoes more forgiving for more everyday wear. These shoes are ready no matter what pace you might run today.

The Endorphin lineup from Saucony is one of the most exciting collections of shoes available at Pacers so of course we have to give the Endorphin Shift 3 a spot in our stores. That said, the lineup is known for speed while these shoes are for when the pace slows down. The result is a shoe that is soft and protective enough for easy running and walking that responds if you ever do want to increase the pace. Not the Endorphin shoes we thought we needed, but they are really fun!
WHAT’S NEW:
Endorphin Shift 3 is softer than its predecessors which really helps solidify these as everyday shoes. The deeper FORMFIT helps improve the fit of the shoes. There is more PWRUN foam under foot while the shoe is also lighter than the second version, which means more comfort without weighing you down. All of this is combined with design improvements like a torsional heel groove to provide a smoother, more enjoyable ride than before.

- CUSHION: Saucony Endorphin Shift 3 has enough cushion for daily use. If you want more cushion, we suggest Triumph 20.
- PRONATION: Saucony Endorphin Shift 3 is OK for mild pronators thanks to its wide-ish platform and speedroll geometry. If you need more support, we suggest Saucony Guide 15 or the new Tempus.
- SPEED: Saucony Endorphin Shift 3 is good at picking up the pace for as much cushion as it has, but if you want to go faster, try the Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 or Endorphin Pro 3.
- OTHER BRANDS: Shoes from other brands similar to Saucony Shift 3 are Nike ZoomX Invincible Run Flyknit, Hoka Mach 5, or Mizuno Wave Rider 26.
