Pacers Social Runs are #ForEveryRun, whether you are seasoned marathon runner, or are a new runner building up to a 5k. Each run offers a social experience where community comes first!
Our largest social run, Pacers 14th Street offers a 3, 5, and 7 mile run, in addition to a 2 mile walk each week.
These runs are truly no one left behind, and there is always a leader at the back of the pack for each group. Runners head to Franklin Hall for drinks after the run!
If you can only make one run a week, this is the run to attend! You will work on improving your speed and endurance, in pace specific groups. This is a great workout for those who are building up to be able to run a mile to those competing in races.
Join us on Tuesday nights for Virginia Track! This workout is appropriate for the very speedy to the brand new runner and involves intervals of various distances. Meet at the corner of Washington Blvd and N Quincy St (near the Washington Liberty High School sign).
On the second Tuesday of each month, we meet at the Clarendon Store for the Shake Shack Run
Training for a longer race or just want to improve your endurance? Join us on Saturday morning for a distance of your choice ranging from 4 to 14 plus miles. This weekend's course is Roosevelt Island / Rock Creek Park.
We're big believers that moving keeps us happy and healthy, so we've partnered with FitDC to offer our Learn to Run program.
Whether you're trying to run your first mile or get back into the sport, we have weekly workouts geared toward beginners and training for community races including the Parkway Classic and the DC Half Marathon!
We teach track and road running safety and etiquette, strategies for building confidence and staying healthy, and provide a welcoming and supportive community. Check out our current schedule and training program and join us for a run!
