While the On Cloudflow 4 best lives up to its design at a moderate, 10k- to half-marathon pace, it has 31 mm of dual-density Helion foam that provides the required cushion for an workhorse everyday trainer.

And, at the other end of the speed spectrum, it can serve in a pinch for paces as well.

Helion™ foam makes the Cloudflow 4 slightly softer than the Cloudflow 3, and the new foam works wonderfully in tandem with the nylon Speedboard® plate in the midsole - something that you won't find in other daily trainers.

This combination works wonderfully together on top of On's signature CloudTec base to offer a semi-firm, comfortable experience that won't beat you up nor slow you down.
