Collection: HOKA Arahi 7

Like the Arahi 6, the Arahi 7 is a max-cushion stability running shoe, and you won't find a much lighter shoe in its category. At 9.9 ounces, the Arahi 7 is one ounce heavier than its predecessor, and that has to do with its flat-knit upper and additional tongue padding. The flat-knit upper is slightly thicker and warmer than the Arahi 6's mesh, so this shoe will keep your feet warmer, and that is convenient due to its winter release. As for the added cushion to the tongue, the extra comfort and bolstered fit is worth the extra ounce, which is nothing to get too upset about.

Other than that, the Arahi 7 has the same midsole and "guts" as the Arahi 6, so fans of the previous model should find it largely the same from a ride and transition standpoint.
