After years of waiting, Altra answered the demand of its loyal customers to produce a trail racing shoe by developing the Mont Blanc.
The Mont Blanc is a long-distance trail racing shoe that is a recent release. and did so by blending components from its road running and trail shoes.
The Mont Blanc features the high-cushion EGO Max midsole from the Torin, a light upper very similar to the Rivera's, a Vibram Megagrip Litebase outsole that is grippy yet light, and an adjustable PerformFit™ BOA® wrap that reduces impact.
It's a good first step for Altra's trail racing collection, and you can expect the brand to make improvements to the Mont Blanc as time goes on.
