Important Sizing Note : When buying unisex Nike spikes please refer to the size guides and choose your size based on the EU sizing. The conversion for sizes 6.0 and below differ slightly from road running shoes.
Note that track spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the track, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your track spikes being one to one and a half sizes up from your normal shoe.
