The Brooks Dyad is a neutral running and walking shoe that is designed for runners and walkers with flat feet.

It has a flat insole so that you can place custom orthotics inside without having that top of your feet cramped by the upper. The Dyad also adds arch support with two pods on the underside of the shoe, situated mid-foot. The result is an excellent level of support mid-step and those with flat feet will love this.
