Pacers Beginner and Re-Beginner (B&RB) Training Program
The Pacers Beginner and Re-Beginner (B&RB) training program is a specially designed regimen for women of all ages who have never run at all and for women who once ran consistently but have not run for a while. Personalized coaching is provided in a supportive team environment with knowledgeable and committed coaches and motivating training partners who allow you to accomplish more than you could training on your own.
This comprehensive program for women, with groups from our Alexandria store location, is a a platform for setting reasonable goals, working hard to achieve those goals and having a lot of fun reaching them. Pacers Distance Training Program
Designed for runners seeking a supportive group atmosphere with scheduled meet ups, access to a cadre of coaches, and who want to have a little fun too, the Pacers Distance Training Program is a great way to get in shape, stay in shape, or make a commitment to a goal event. The training program offers a structured yet flexible training schedule with access to enthusiastic coaches and opportunities to meet and run with other runners your speed. If you are looking for a supportive team atmosphere with fun people and a commitment to your success, the Pacers Distance Training Program is a must!
Our Pacers Distance Training Program is proud to make the NWM Half DC our targeted spring race! Our 12 week program kicked off on Wednesday, February 6 and will run through race day, April 28, 2013. Our Spring program consists of two coached runs from our Clarendon location (Wednesday’s at 7PM and Sunday at 8AM), a complete training schedule, loads of support and access to countless runs from all 6 of our locations. Feel free to drop in to a Wednesday or Sunday run (or both!), get to know the coaches, meet fellow runners and have some fun!
