2013 Four Courts Four Miler

With a sell out crowd since its inception in 2010, the Four Courts Four is a local “must run” with a post-race party second to none in the DC area.

Hosted by our friends at Ireland’s Four Courts Pub, this challenging course finds food, friends, and a bit of liquid courage at the end of the rainbow. Don’t forget our awesome tech tees, chip timing, and incredibly festive race director (she wears quite the disguise!).

Ready to Leap the Leprechaun? Dave Cahill, Ireland’s Four Courts lucky leprechaun, will be challenging you to a showdown on Wilson Boulevard! New to the challenge? Here’s how it works… Dave will give you a head start (10 minutes, to be exact) and will do his best to run you down. If you beat Dave to the pot o’ gold (the finish line), you’ll win a cool prize. If Dave beats you, well he’ll probably play a few tricks on you until you buy him a Guinness! We will donate a dollar for each leaped runner to the Arlington County Police Benevolent Fund.

Bonus! Register for both the St. Patrick’s Day 8K and the Four Courts Four Miler and receive $10 towards your next 2014 Pacers race registration! Rewards sent via email post-race. Two lucky double-registrants will receive new outfits showcased during our virtual fashion show on Facebook!

Awards and Post-Race Party

Join us post-race for the area’s best party sponsored by Ireland’s Four Courts. Irish dancers, live music, adult beverages . . . you know you deserve it.

Leap the Leprechaun:

If you beat Dave Cahill, Ireland Four Courts own lucky leprechaun, you’ll receive a gift compliments of Four Courts.

How do you suppose you’ll beat our leprechaun? He’ll start approximately 10 minutes after the gun . . . so get moving!

We’ll have an escort with Dave so you’ll know he’s coming (or passed you!). Even if Dave whizzes by you, you are still a winner in our hearts (and the hearts of Arlington’s finest!),  as we will donate a $1 for each “leaped” runner to the Arlington County Police Benevolent Fund.

Placements based on gun times.
