Do not swap your bib. Bib swaps are strictly prohibited. Individuals who are found swapping bibs will be removed from the results and/or will have their registration voided and will be barred from future Pacers Events.

Transfer Exception: Parkway Classic

We do allow transfers for the Parkway Classic per our strict transfer policy for the event.

We do not offer deferments except for the Parkway Classic. You must defer per our strict deferment policy for the event. Registrants are responsible for any price increases or fees.

Some races allow for team registration. Please see race specific page for details.

Online Registration Processing Fees

We do not charge additional processing fees for registering online for Pacers Events owned races.

Registration Options

We only accept registrations online or at packet pick up (if the event has not sold out or closed). We do not accept paper registration forms.

Late Registration/Packet Pick Up Registration

For most events, if the event is not sold out, registration will remain open until the start of the race. Certain events do not allow race-day registration, regardless of whether the event has sold out. Please check the event’s website to see if race-day registration is available and to ensure that the event is not sold out. We take cash, check, and credit card at packet pick up.

Picking Up for Others/Group Pick Ups

You may have your packet picked up by another individual, regardless if they are registered for the event or not.

If you are picking up for a group larger than 10, we ask you contact us at 24 hours prior to pick up to speed up packet pick up. This option is only available for pre-race packet pick up and not available on race day.

Registering During Packet Pick Up

For most events, if the event is not sold out, registration will remain open until the start of the race. Certain events do not allow race-day registration, regardless of whether the event has sold out. Please check the event’s website to see if race-day registration is available and to ensure that the event is not sold out. We take cash, check, and credit card at packet pick up.

Picking Up Packets After Race/Shirt Exchanges

We do not reserve packets/runner premiums for individuals who do not pick up prior to the race. However, you may go to the Pacers store (the store where the last in store packet pick up was held) to see if there are any leftover tees. In addition, if you would like to exchange a size you may go to the store to see if available and exchange accordingly. Availability and sizing not guaranteed.

Runner Premium Policy

When you register, you will be able to select a premium based on size availability (if applicable). Pacers Events employs a first register policy where participants may select their preferred size from our inventory at the time of registration. Inventory is then depleted based on the sizes selected by participants. Earlier registrants will have more options for sizes/premiums then individuals who choose to register closer to the race.

Participants must take the shirt and size they registered for; we do not offer pre-race premium swaps. Participants who wish to trade out their shirt for another available size may do so on a first come basis after the race at shirt exchange booth or the week after the race at the sponsoring Pacers store. Shirts that are exchanged must be unworn. Pre-registrants who pick up packets at packet pick-up or race morning prior to start are guaranteed a shirt in their requested size. If we are unable to provide your size, we will offer you a different size or order a shirt and have it mailed to you, your preference.

Runners registering at packet pick-up will select a shirt from whatever size inventory is available at that time. Runners registering on race morning will be charged full price and may have to wait until after the race to claim a shirt from whatever inventory is left over. Participants who pre-register and do not pick up a packet prior to the race will forfeit their premium; if available they may pick up at the sponsoring Pacers store however size and availability not guaranteed. There are no guarantees that any shirts will be available or in the correct size.

RRCA insurance dictates that we cannot sanction headphone use during our races. Runners who choose to run while wearing headphones must assume full responsibility for their use. They must be able to hear all instructions and directions given by race course personnel and be aware of their surroundings at all time.

Bag Checks

Some of our races offer bag checks. In the event a race offers a bag check Pacers Events assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage. Please do not bring valuables.

These changes can happen as late as prior to/during the event, although rare. In all instances, we will do our best to obtain finish times for individuals.
